Watch Kids Erupt in an Impromptu Sing-Along as 7-Year-Old Performs in Talent Show "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Watch Kids Erupt in an Impromptu Sing-Along as 7-Year-Old Performs in Talent Show

Kid Singing

Photo: Screenshot from YouTube

A 7-year-old named Cairo took to the stage at his schools talent show dressed as Bowser from the video game Super Mario Brothers. Sitting at a keyboard, he began singing Peaches from The Super Mario Bros. Movie, which was inspired by the game and released in theaters earlier in 2023. But thats not all that happened during this performance.

What was supposed to be a solo rendition from Cairo quickly became a whole-audience sing-along led by the young boy. The other kids belted the lyrics and waved their arms. When Cairo finished his performance, the entire audience erupted into thunderous applause. Luckily, an audience member recorded and shared the adorable scene on YouTube, and its no surprise that the wholesome moment has gone viral.

Peaches was first sung by actor Jack Black who voiced Bowser in the film. Hopefully, the videos popularity will reach him, too; Cairo even wore the same costume that Black wore when he appeared on The Kelly Clarkson Show.

Watch Cairos performance below. If you know the song, feel free to sing along.

Binance.US Responds To Motion Seeking Fund Freeze, Asserts SECs Claims Are Invalid "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Binance.US has submitted its defense before the June 13 hearing to determine the freezing of its funds. Binance.US criticized the Securities and Exchange Commissions (SEC) motion for a temporary restraining order, describing it as draconian and unduly burdensome.

The exchange also voiced opposition, arguing that the proposed measures would place excessive restrictions and effectively end its business.

Notably, the hearing on the restraining order will take place in the US District Court for the District of Columbia on June 13 before DCJ Amy Berman Jackson.

Closure Of BAM Trading Services Inc. Would Harm Customers And Inhibit The Defense, Binance.US

In a recent opposing motion, Binance.US expressed that implementing the restraining order would result in the closure of BAM Trading Services Inc., the entity responsible for providing crypto trading and exchange services for Binance.US.

The requested relief would primarily harm BAMs customers, effectively put BAM out of business, and prevent BAM from defending itself in this litigation, said the company.

Binance believes operations would quickly grind to a halt without the ability to pay its employees and professionals in the ordinary course of business, and BAM would be unable to even fund its defense to this action.

Binance.US notably criticized the regulators approach in pursuing legal action, asserting that the US SEC failed to identify any security trading on BAMs platform, causing all of the SECs claims to fail.

In addition, Binance.US stated that it had actively engaged in cooperation with an ongoing SEC investigation that commenced on December 20, 2020.

The filing reveals that as a result of this investigation, Binance.US has provided over 700,000 individual communications and specific data related to its day-to-day operations.

This statement suggests that the company has shown efforts to be transparent and responsive to the SECs inquiries. It also indicates a willingness to comply and provide the necessary information during the investigative process.

Congress Mandates Breath Tests for ALL Drivers?! "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

Is Congress Taking Away Your Freedom with Mandatory Car Breath Tests? Find Out Now! #infrastructurebill #constitutionalrights #surveillance HR 3684, also known as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act, includes provisions related to drunk driving prevention. These provisions require new safety features in cars, such as alcohol detection technology, which can detect if a driver is impaired and prevent them from starting the car. Car manufacturers are taking steps to comply with these provisions by working on implementing alcohol detection technology in their vehicles. Some car companies, such as Volvo and Ford, have already announced plans to include this technology in their cars by 2024. Other manufacturers are also exploring similar technologies or partnerships with companies that specialize in alcohol detection technology. However, the implementation of such technology raises concerns about personal privacy and data protection. Drivers have a reasonable expectation of privacy inside their vehicles, and the collection of sensitive personal data, such as video footage and location data, requires proper consent and notification. There will be some form of technology collecting data while a driver is in the car's interior. The...

Chainlink (LINK) Whale Transfers Spike, Bearish Sign? "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

On-chain data shows that Chainlink (LINK) whales have become quite active in recent days, a sign that may be bearish for the assets price.

Chainlink Whale Transactions Have Shot Up In Number Recently

According to data from the on-chain analytics firm Santiment, whale transactions hit a 2023 high just as the price dipped toward the $5 mark. The whale transaction count is an indicator that keeps track of the number of Chainlink transfers taking place on the blockchain that involve the movement of tokens worth at least $1 million in value.

When the value of this metric is high, it means that there are a large number of sizeable LINK transactions occurring on the network right now. Generally, transfers worth more than $1 million are thought to be coming from the whales, so this kind of trend can be a sign that the whales are active currently.

On the other hand, the low values of the indicator imply the whales arent making that many moves at the moment. As whale transactions are quite large in scale, a lot of them happening at once can cause fluctuations in the market. Thus, a lack of them happening (that is, low values) can result in a more stable market.

Now, here is a chart that shows the trend in the Chainlink whale transaction counts over the last few months:

Image

As displayed in the above graph, the Chainlink whale transaction count saw a couple of spikes during the last week or so. This would hint that whales of the cryptocurrency may have been actively trading in this period.

These high values of the indicator took place simultaneously with the assets price sliding down and hitting a three-year low of around $5, implying that at least some of the transactions may have been made for selling-related purposes.

Interestingly, the whale activity continued to remain elevated even after the coin hit its $5 local bottom and saw a rebound. In fact, the largest of the metrics spikes, which set a new high for the year 2023, came just as Chainlink bottomed out.

The timing of this extreme elevation in the whale transactions may be a sign that some of these humongous investors saw the dip as a profitable buying opportunity and participated in some accumulation, leading to the price being able t...

AITASonPrank Man Wants to Know if Hes Wrong for Telling His Wife That She Needs to Get Over the Prank He Pulled On Their Son

You need to get over it!

Oh, boy

That doesnt sound good, does it?

Heck no, it doesnt!

But what exactly is going on here?

Check out this story and see if you think this woman was out of line for what she said to her husband.

AITA for telling my wife that she needs to get over being upset with me for pulling a scare prank on our son?

Last Friday night I (37m) was hanging out with my daughter (10f) watching a movie. My wife (34f) was working late while our son (9m) was hanging out with his friend.

Around 8pm his friends mom texted me letting me know that she was driving him home. I thanked her and then let my daughter know that her brother was on his way. She then suggested that we play a prank on him in which we jump out and scare him.

I thought it would be a funny practical joke andlong story shortshe and I ended up putting on scary Halloween masks, dimming the lights, and hiding behind a couch. I then texted his friends mom and told her that his sister and I were watching a movie and to send him to the Family Room downstairs when he got home.

He got home and came in. We heard him come in and say Hello? and then come down the stairs. When he got close we jumped out at him and shouted.

Now; heres where I fully admit I messed up. I thought hed just be startled for a sec...

High Horology: How Watchmaking Helps Me Understand Bitcoin "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

This is an opinion editorial by Dr. Riste Simnjanovski, a tenured professor of public administration with California Baptist University.

Vinyl records should be obsolete, however Jack White, Ben Blackwell and Ben Swanks Third Man Records continue to press on, literally.

Dedicated media channels featuring content creators such as Teddy Baldassarre, a YouTuber who mostly reviews analog wrist watches, likewise, shouldnt be approaching 1 million subscribers.

White, Baldassarre and many others continue to rage against a digitized world with grace and cult followings.

Bitcoin, while being a digitized software protocol, implements one of the most elegant solutions to security in this same vein an offline, analog, seed phrase. In fact, many seed phrases are stored on pieces of paper, carved and/or stamped into pieces of metal or are typewritten with vintage typewriters.

Even Bitcoin Magazine, while having a massive online presence, sells out of their physical publications.

The analog aspect of humanity isnt a trend analog defines us.

For many, something deeper occurs when they place a record onto a player. The act of moving a physical arm, which houses a delicate needle onto pressed vinyl, and then hearing the scratches, pops and subtle noises of the system at work is not listening, its feeling.

Similarly, the physical task of manually winding a watch involves touch. The act of twisting the crown provides feedback to not only the fingers, but the ears as well. Some even might argue, the heart is engaged. In regard to wearing an automatic watch, some owners can feel the rotor within the micro-mechanical system as it spins on their wrist.

Improbable Correlations, Experiments And Errors

The earliest mechanical (automatic) watch dates back to the early 1500s. A spherical timepiece that, when manually wound, ran for upwards of 16 hours.

The piece, which was reported to have been created by horologist Peter Henlein (a German clockmaker) for Philipp Melanchthon (the patron), was accurate to the nearest half hour.

Within 100 years, Galileo Galilei was tinkering with the concept of pendulum clocks; however, while Galileos sketches illustrated a profound interest in the potential of creating a pendulum clock, he...

Ripple Vs. SEC: Hinman Docs Are Out, XRP Is Up 8% "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

The eagerly awaited Hinman documents in the legal battle between Ripple Labs and the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have been published today! After the XRP price initially reacted moderately, the altcoin experienced a rise of about 6% at the time of writing.

Just yesterday, Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse said that the Hinman docs will be worth the wait. He was alluding to their potential importance of the documents for the ongoing legal battle. And XRP investors seem to agree with him, although not all community members are euphoric.

Ripple Vs. SEC: This Is What The Hinman Docs Reveal

Bill Morgan, a popular lawyer in the XRP community, declared that Stuart Alderoty (Ripples Chief Legal Officer, CLO) and Brad Garlinghouse were not exaggerating. According to him, #Ethgate is alive and kicking after all.

The documents reveal that Bill Hinman, the former director of the Division of Corporation Finance at the SEC, involved Ethereum founder Vitalik Buterin before his notorious speech in which he classified ETH as a non-security.

In the run-up to his speech, Hinman called Buterin to confirm how Ethereum operates. The SECs internal documents also reveal that on May 31, 2018, opposition grew within the SEC to the recommendation to classify Ether with Bitcoin as a non-security.

On June 4, Hinman shared a draft of his speech with the commissions division directors. The document reveals that Hinman was planning his call with Buterin later that week.

Nevertheless, the SECs Office of General Counsel (OGC) suggested deleting the mention of ETH in the draft. The OGC was concerned about the difficulties it would face if it took a different position on Ether in the future. As is well known, Hinman disobeyed this directive and made ETH a focal point of his speech.

This is one reason why respected XRP community member Mr Huber is rather disappointed. According to him, the emails are a nothing burger. They only prove that Hinman was persistently warned to avoid any references to Ethereum to avoid market confusion.

Despite these warnings, Hinman not only neglected this advice and even doubled down, focusing his entire speech on giving ETH a regulatory monopoly. Such a clumsy director, writes Mr Huber, who is one of Bill Hinmans biggest critics and accuses him of conflicts of interest.

But lawyer Bill Morgan also sees arguments that help Ripple in its defense against the SEC. For example, the lawyer discovered several passages in the Rule 56.1 statement that speak particularly in favor of Ripples fair notice defense.

Several SEC communications...

Solana Price Plunges Below March Low Could It Drop Further? "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Solana (SOL) made headlines recently after being labeled as a security by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). As a result, SOL is facing challenges in its price movement.

In light of this regulatory setback, investors closely monitor SOLs performance. According to CoinMarketCap, SOL is currently priced at $15.45, sustaining a seven-day slump of 23.13%.

As the market remains uncertain, one wonders: Will Solana be able to recover from its recent downturn and regain its upward momentum?

SOL Faces Steep Decline As Support Levels Are Breached

The past week has been challenging for Solana (SOL) as it experienced a significant decline, causing it to breach the crucial support zone ranging from $16.7 to $18.8.

This downward spiral was initiated by a weekend slump that coincided with Bitcoins (BTC) retest of $25,000. As SOL dropped below both the trendline resistance and Marchs low of $16, it shifted into a bearish bias.

For SOL to regain bullish momentum, it heavily relies on Bitcoin surpassing $26,600 and successfully crossing the $27,000 threshold. However, without this upward movement, the bulls could face challenges in clearing the confluence area situated near $17, which combines bullish order book support and trendline resistance.

A potential rejection at this critical juncture may trigger a further decline in SOLs price, potentially leading...

New Bull Narrative For Bitcoin And Crypto? China Mulls Stimulus Package "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

The Bitcoin and crypto market may have received yet another bullish narrative from China. As reported by Bloomberg, the country is mulling a major stimulus package to kick-start an economic recovery following the rebooting of the economy after the restrictive Corona measures.

In light of Hong Kongs recent opening to cryptocurrency trading by retail investors, a new bullish narrative is therefore emerging, as renowned expert Lex Moskovski explained via Twitter. According to him, the Chinese stimmies could go directly into unregistered securities (allusion to the classification of altcoins by SEC chairman Gary Gensler).

China Mulls Stimulus Package

According to the report, China is considering a comprehensive package of stimulus measures as pressure mounts on Xi Jinpings government to revive the second-largest economy. Anonymous sources claim the proposals include at least a dozen measures to support areas such as real estate and domestic demand.

A particular focus is reportedly on Chinas beleaguered real estate market, which is to be a key part of the package. Chinese regulators reportedly want to lower the cost of outstanding residential mortgages and boost lending by the countrys policy banks to ensure that homes are delivered.

In addition, interest rate cuts by the Peoples Bank of China (PBOC) are also said to be under consideration. Speculation on this already arose recently after the central bank unexpectedly cut its seven-day reverse repo rate.

However, it is important to stress that the stimulus plan has yet to be finalized and could therefore be subject to change. Nevertheless, Chinas State Council could discuss the measures as early as this Friday. Still, it is unclear when they will be announced or implemented, the report states.

What Impact Could The Package Have On Bitcoin And Crypto?

While investors in the broader financial market are likely to welcome the Chinese authorities plans, much will depend on the final scope and composition of the stimulus measures to assess the extent to which Bitcoin and crypto may also benefit from the stimulus package.

Nevertheless, the package and Hong Kongs recent opening on June 1st are an interesting development with regard to cryptocurrencies. The liberal Hong Kong is considered a gateway for wealthy Chinese to invest in foreign assets....

XRP Could Be Set For A Breakout As Investment Inflows Continue "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

XRP, Ripples native cryptocurrency, is now experiencing a surge of optimism as funds continue to flow, even in the face of a recession-hit industry. Despite the challenges and uncertainties that have plagued the crypto market, XRP has managed to stand out, capturing the attention of investors and enthusiasts alike.

But what exactly is fueling this impressive growth? Why is XRP able to maintain its momentum while others struggle?

And, perhaps most importantly, what does the future hold for this resilient cryptocurrency?

XRP Secures Promising Investment Inflows

In a notable development, XRP has successfully attracted a surge of promising investment inflows, as evidenced by the latest report from CoinShares

Investment products focused on XRP have seen a significant milestone being reached, with an astonishing half a million dollars invested in the past week alone, continuing the positive trend observed in the previous week. This brings the cumulative inflow since the beginning of 2023 to an impressive total of $4 million.

The positive investment inflows have had a tangible impact on the price of XRP, which has responded with remarkable upward momentum. This price surge showcases XRPs resilience amidst the challenging landscape of the cryptocurrency market.

The narrow toothbrush mustache caught on in the late nineteenth century, first in the United States and soon thereafter across the Atlantic. When Charlie Chaplin put one on for a film in 1914, he became its most famous wearer at least until Adolf Hitler rose to prominence a couple of decades later. By that point Chaplin had become the most famous comedy star in the world, which may have inspired the Nazi Party leader, a known fan of Chaplins work, to adopt the same mustache as a kind of tool of self-advancement. Chaplin himself could hardly have approved of his new doppelgnger, and it troubled him to discover their other shared qualities: their births in April of 1889, their poor childhoods, their love of Wagner.

Still, as an inveterate entertainer, Chaplin grasped the comedic potential of his and Hitlers parallel iconic status. The result, released in 1940, was The Great Dictator, his first genuine sound film. Chaplin had continued making silent pictures, and refining his signature visual humor, well into the era of talkies.

The Destruction of Penn Station: How New York City Lost Its Majestic Beaux-Arts Rail Terminal "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

In the New York of old, one entered the city like a god. One scuttles in now like a rat. When he wrote those words, architectural historian Vincent Scully issued what has ended up as the definitive judgment of Pennsylvania Station. Or rather, of the Pennsylvania Stations: the majestic original building from 1910, as well as its utilitarian replacement that has stood in Midtown Manhattan since 1968. But then, the word stood doesnt quite apply to the latter, since it resides entirely underground, below Madison Square Garden. Over the years, New Yorkers have come more and more openly to resent the Penn Station they have and lament the Penn Station they lost, which architect Michael Wyetzner introduces to us in the Architectural Digest video above.

A conjectural reconstruction of Imperial Romes Baths of Caracalla of 212216 AD, writes New York Review of Books architecture critic Martin Filler, the original Penn Station constituted a harmonious synthesis of two divergent and supposedly irreconcilable architectural approaches, the Classical and the industrial.

In the midst of a volatile cryptocurrency market, Floki Inu (FLOKI) has managed to defy expectations and become a symbol of optimism for investors. While altcoins face the challenges of a recession triggered by the Securities and Exchange Commissions actions against major cryptocurrencies in the US, the meme coin sector is struggling with declining capitalization, sinking further into uncertainty.

However, against all odds, FLOKI has kept its steady bearing and rise above the chaos, proudly glowing in green on todays trading charts.

As the cryptocurrency world grapples with regulatory hurdles and market volatility, FLOKI remains steadfast, capturing the attention of investors and defying the prevailing negative market sentiment.

Floki Inu (FLOKI) Surges Amidst Meme Coin Downturn

In the midst of a recent collapse in meme coins, Floki Inu (FLOKI) has experienced a noteworthy 24-hour rally of 5.17%. This surge has propelled its price on CoinMarketCap to $0.00002218. Furthermore, the trading volume for FLOKI has reached an impressive $10,059,314 in the last 24 hours, catapulting it to the fifth position among the most traded meme coins.

Refusing To Help Vet Bills copy His Ex Got The Dog In The Divorce. Now She Wants Him To Pay For Its Vet Bills. What Would You Do?

People love their pets. That said, when marriages end, one person takes the animals and the other person is left out in the cold.

Since pets arent children, the courts dont get involved as far as financial support and usually, the person who wants to keep them assumes that responsibility.

OP never wanted the dog he ended up buying for his then-wife, mostly because he had objections to the breed deficiencies, and never felt as if the pup belonged to him (though he did care for it when she couldnt or wouldnt).

He also paid all of its vet bills prior to their divorce.

My ex-wife wanted a pure bred dog as a pet when we were together. I tried to talk her into a rescue dog but she said no. I tried to talk her into adopting a mutt since they are generally healthier than all the inbred pure dogs. Nope. She had to have a very specific dog breed. This particular breed is famously bad at breathing.

I could afford it so I finally gave in. I got her the dog she wanted. He was never our dog. He was her dog. Unless it was unpleasant outside. Then I had to walk him. I also paid all the vet bills and dog related bills.

Once they split, he didnt hear from her or see the doguntil he needed an expensive surgery his ex thought he should pay for....

  • Canadian Imam Declares "We Are Commanded By Allah To Hate the Disbelievers"

Location: Canada

Canadian Imam Younus Kathrada unleashed a storm of controversy during a sermon on May 26, 2023, at the Muslim Youth Victoria Islamic Center. With fervor, he proclaimed, "We are commanded by Allah to hate, to reject, and to detest the disbelievers," whom he scathingly likened to "animals" indulging in vices. He painted a vivid picture saying, "The disbelievers enjoy their lives to the fullest, while they are heedless of what is going to happen to them in the Hereafter, just like the cattle, that graze in the pastures, are unaware of the fact that they will probably end up in the slaughterhouse." Yet, Kathrada made an intriguing detour, using an analogy to differentiate between hatred and violence: "If I hate broccoli, does it mean that I am going to smash it all up and not allow anybody to eat it? His incendiary comments follow a history of contentious rhetoric, including earlier sermons advocating against befriending disbelievers and calling for global jihad.

Clad only in black socks and sneakers, the protestor was arrested without resistance and later expelled from Italy. This startling event is part of a recent spate of protests and disturbances, including climate activists gluing themselves to statues and a man crashing a car into the Vatican gates, that have rattled the holy city-state.

  • Ethereum is still below the $1,780 and $1,800 resistance levels.
  • The price is trading below $1,780 and the 100-hourly Simple Moving Average.
  • There was a break above a major bearish trend line with resistance near $1,740 on the hourly chart of ETH/USD (data feed via Kraken).
  • The pair could recover if there is a move above the $1,780 and $1,800 levels.

Ethereum Price Forms Support Base

Ethereums price settled below the $1,775 and $1,780 resistance levels. ETH tested the $1,720 zone and is currently forming a support base, similar to Bitcoin.

A low is formed near $1,718 and the price is attempting a recovery wave. The price is slowly moving higher above the $1,740 level. There was a break above a major bearish trend line with resistance near $1,740 on the hourly chart of ETH/USD.

Ether is now testing the 23.6% Fib retracement level of the main drop from the $1,854 swing high to the $1,718 low. However, it is still trading below $1,780 and the 100-hourly Simple Moving Average.

Bitcoin Price Consolidates, Why 100 SMA Is The Key To Fresh Increase "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Bitcoin price is consolidating above the $25,500 support. BTC could start a fresh increase if it settles above the 100 hourly SMA and $26,150.

  • Bitcoin is slowly moving higher from the $25,500 support zone.
  • The price is trading below $26,000 and the 100 hourly Simple moving average.
  • There was a break above a major bearish trend line with resistance near $25,900 on the hourly chart of the BTC/USD pair (data feed from Kraken).
  • The pair could start a recovery wave if there is a move above the $26,150 resistance.

Bitcoin Price Eyes Recovery

Bitcoin price formed a base above the $25,400 support zone. BTC is now consolidating and slowly moving higher above the $25,650 level but it faces many hurdles.

The bulls were able to push the price above the 50% Fib retracement level of the recent decline from the $26,200 swing high to the $25,620 low. Besides, there was a break above a major bearish trend line with resistance near $25,900 on the hourly chart of the BTC/USD pair.

Bitcoin price is now testing $26,000 and the 100 hourly Simple moving average. It seems to be facing resistance near the $26,000 zone or the 61.8% Fib retracement level of the recent decline from the $26,200 swing high to the $25,620 low.

The first major resistance is near the $26,150 level. A clear move above the $26,150 resistance might start a fresh increase. The next major resistance is near the $26,500 level. A close above $26,500 might start a move toward the $26,500 resistance zone.

Bitcoin Price

Naming Family What He Wanted copy He Broke A Family Tradition By Naming His Son What He Wanted. Did He Do The Right Thing?

Naming a child is not only a task that most parents take seriously and look forward to, its a huge responsibility. The baby will become a child who will become an adult, and they will more likely than not navigate life with that name all the way through.

There are families who have naming traditions that they hope future generations will follow, but I suppose that reasonable people are ready to be disappointed should their children or grandchildren want to choose a name of their own.

Not so in OPs case. She married into a family where the same first name has been used for a firstborn male in each generation.

Myself (25F) and my fianc (27M) have a 2 month old son. We are overjoyed at being parents, but most of my in-laws are refusing to even see our baby because of a decision we made concerning his name.

My in-laws have a tradition of giving the first-born son of every generation the same name. Lets say its Peter. This has been going on for about seven generations already, and theyre very serious about it. My fiancs eldest cousin was the latest person to get named Peter. Every one of his cousins has only had daughters so far, so our baby is the first son of his generation, and consequently should get the name.

An Interview with Sigi Koko "IndyWatch Feed Diy"

www.motherearthnews.com interviewed Sigi Koko for a podcast that you can hear at that link. Below are some of her comments:

I have a graduate degree in architecture and I then had worked for a construction company doing just conventional housing construction to get some experience building so that I could talk to builders better and know what their job was like a little bit better. And then I worked for an architecture company and then soon as I was done with my apprenticeship, I was outta there.

To me natural building is using the materials that you have available locally, that you have in abundance, that you can harvest without harm, and using those materials to build the most energy efficient building that you can. It doesnt mean everything is dug out of your yard to build your house, but the goal is to use as many natural materials, as many materials from nature in our surroundings as possible.

So generally that means a pallet of generally agricultural fibers. So were talking straw, right? Were talking clay from the ground, stone. And if it can be respectfully harvested or locally harvested in a respectful non environmentally damaging manner.

There are examples of natural buildings everywhere in the world. 70% of the world  population lives in a home that has clay in it, for example. Some of that is necessity, some of that is tradition, and some of that, in the U.S., its getting back to something that was there for a really long time. I would say if you live anywhere in the U.S. you could certainly find someone who understands how to design and/or help you build a natural building.

I would rather have lots of different building designs, lots of different looks, lots of different aesthetics, lots of different functionality. And then have this material palette that can be used to make the building look however you want thats also then healthy. That also has a low carbon footprint and that are just beautiful homes, right?

By Kulak, I keep encountering this misconception from people who don't follow Canadian politics... That somehow the Trucker convoy was defeated. The Freedom Convoy was the most wildly immediately successful protest in Canadian history, maybe WORLD history. People remember Trudeau's crackdown, old ladies having their skulls cracked with batons, Disabled indigenous grandmothers trampled by police horses, Bank accounts frozen and public employees investigated for mere donations... And there's a big reason people remember this... It was dramatic, and the media and the regime certainly wanted you to think resistance was futile... What people don't remember is what happened in the immediate aftermath: The government caved on absolutely everything within a week for the most important things, and then a month or so for the rest. First off there was the massive political shift that happened as the convoy was occurring: Jason Kenny, the pro-lockdown Premiere of Alberta (Canada's most conservative province) was forced to announce his resignation, and Alberta immediately lifted all it's lockdown impositions. Erin O'Toole the pro-lockdown leader of the Conservative Party was likewise forced to resign, his temporary replacement Candice Bergen (not to be mistaken with the actress) being a longtime rival opposed to lockdowns, and his main rival who replaced her after intra-party elections was Pierre Poilievre, the Politician after Maxime Bernier who was quickest to embrace the Truckers and their cry for freedom. U.S. Court Dismisses BitGos Lawsuit Against Galaxy Digital "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

A U.S. court has dismissed the lawsuit filed by BitGo against Galaxy Digital in relation to a failed merger previously agreed to in 2021.

In the companys response to the terminated merger agreement, BitGo had alleged that Galaxy Digital failed to uphold their end of the bargain, saying the company intends to hold Galaxy Digital legally responsible for its improper decision to terminate the merger agreement, with a lawyer representing the company adding that Either Galaxy owes BitGo a $100 million termination fee as promised or it has been acting in bad faith and faces damages of that much or more.

At the time of termination, Galaxy Digital cited BitGo's failure to deliver audited financial statements for 2021 that complied with the requirements of the agreement. According to court documents released June 9, this was a valid basis for the decision to end the merger, and it effectively voided the termination fee.

Were pleased with the courts decision to dismiss BitGos claims, A statement made by Galaxy Digital on Twitter read. Now is the time for all of us to work together and focus on the task at hand: Upgrading the global financial system in a manner that promotes innovation and protects investors and consumers alike.

Just last week, it was announced that BitGo reached a preliminary agreement to acquire its primary U.S. competitor, Prime Trust. Although the details of that merger have not yet been made public, the industry had widely speculated in recent days that Prime Trust faced financial troubles. As such, the agreement has been seen as a relatively good thing, avoiding what many thought may be a coming failure of another large firm.

Argentinas Bitcoin Community Created The Worlds Largest Human Bitcoin Logo "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Last Saturday, over 500 people gathered in the Argentine Polo Field to create the largest human in the world in celebration of the 10th anniversary of NGO Bitcoin Argentina. The event aimed to showcase the technology's ability to mobilize people in defense of monetary freedom, privacy, and other values of the cryptocurrency ecosystem. The human , sitting at a massive 40 meters, became the world's largest bitcoin symbol. Jimena Vallone, director of Bitcoin Argentina, expressed hopes that this would be the first of many attempts to break the record.

The event was captured by drones, documenting the scale of the gathering both day and night. Attendees also enjoyed activities such as a Kahoot game, with winners receiving 212,121 satoshis.

The event aimed to highlight the advantages of Bitcoin as an alternative currency for Argentine citizens, particularly in light of traditional monetary models' shortcomings. Media player Carlos Maslatn emphasized that Bitcoin was not subject to permission or state recognition, making it an accessible and innovative currency.

The event attracted attendees of all ages, each with their own motivations, including concerns about inflation, privacy, and desired changes in government models. The organizer stressed that the event was not focused solely on Argentina but aimed to send a message to the world in defense of the cryptocurrency ecosystem's values. The orange umbrellas used in the formation of the human symbol represented Bitcoin's role as protection against inflation and the global financial crisis.

Rodolfo Andragnes, founder of the NGO, expressed the need to defend the values of Bitcoin and announced upcoming events, including the 'BArte Award' and the LABITCONF conference, which would continue to promote action, intervention and revolution in different ways. The success of the event was attributed to the support of various communities and companies in the Bitcoin space. The organizers expressed gratitude...

Richard Mayhews Visionary Mindscapes "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

In response to the March on Washington for Jobs and Freedom, Charles Alston, Romare Bearden, Norman Lewis, Richard Mayhew, Hale Woodruff, and other Black artists founded the Spiral Group (196365) to discuss how art might align with the growing demand for civil rights in the United States. One year later, in the aftermath of President John F. Kennedys assassination, President Lyndon B. Johnson signed the Civil Rights Act (1964) into law, officially ending segregation. The shortcomings of the Civil Rights Act, however, were not lost on Bearden and Lewis, prominent Black artists the mainstream art world continued to ignore. In 1969, knowing they would have almost no opportunities to show their work in New York, the two artists, along with Ernest Crichlow, started Cinque, an artist-run gallery that exhibited more than 450 artists of color during its 35-year existence. By opening Cinque Gallery, Bearden, Lewis, and Crichlow recognized the existence of at least two distinct art worlds in New York, a situation that has not comp...

These Are the Worlds Oldest Languages Still Spoken Today

Tamil Language

Linguists frequently debate the origins of language, aided by anthropologists and biologists in trying to determine just when, why, and how humans began to communicate verballyestimates range from 50,000 to 2 million years ago. But no matter when speech evolved, language has become the defining feature of the human condition. While words spoken aloud may vanish into the air of history, words written down last generations and millennia. These written texts give us clues to determining what are the oldest languages in the world that are still spoken today.

Of course, it isnt completely straightforward. These languages may still exist, but thats not to say they havent evolved over time. For one thing, many of the oldest languages are clear ancestors of modern versions, yet modern speakers would be only partially, or perhaps totally, unable to understand ancient ones. For example, Greek has been spoken for over 3,000 years. However, ancient philosophers speaking Koine Greek would find it difficult to understand modern Greeks and vice versa. Similarly, Hebrewalso over 3,000 years oldis very different when overheard on the streets of modern Israel than it would have been 3,000 years prior in the same region. Interestingly, Hebrew as a conversational (as opposed to liturgical) language fell out of use after about 200 CE and did not...

Man Experiencing Homelessness Climbs Into Dog Shelter on Fire to Rescue 25 Pups

A Colombian man living in Peru is being hailed as a hero for his brave actions. Sebastin Arias was walking down the street in La Victoria, Lima, Peru, when he noticed that a recycling plant was on fire. The flames had also spread to a neighboring house, which operated as a dog shelter. While some of the people there had freed some of the animals, there were still a number of them that were out of reach due to the spreading fire. Thinking of his own dog, Arias knew he had to do something to save the animals that remained trapped. Without hesitation, he climbed the faade, broke the windows, and helped rescue the remaining dogs from the fire.

Arias had previously worked at the recycling plant that caught fire. During his time there, he grew keenly aware of the dog shelter next door. Knowing how many dogs there were and where they were kept, he sprung into action to get them out. In a now-viral video captured by witnesses, Arias can be seen climbing the balconies of the house and breaking a window to reach a dog on the rooftop. As thick black smoke burns on the background, the man reaches the pup. Down below, other bystanders are waiting with a mattress to catch the canine. A crowd of onlookers can also be heard cheering. One man even says, So crazy, he's a hero!

The dog hero was then interviewed by Latina Noticias, and gave further explanation to his quick thinking. I was walking down thinking about my wife and I saw the fire, I saw the dog that was up in the corner, he recounted I have this beautiful little animal and I would't want my...

Four Children Used Their Indigenous Knowledge to Survive 40 Days in the Amazon

Aerial view of the Amazon Rainforest

In a wonderful ending to a sad tragedy, four children were found alive in the Amazon after their plane had crashed 40 days prior. The siblings, aged 13, 9, 4, and 11 months, lost their mother in the crash and spent weeks in Colombia's Amazon jungle struggling to survive. The children, who are members of the Huitoto Indigenous tribe, are currently recovering at a military hospital and are doing well.

Now, the world is trying to piece together their story, which also saw the plane's two pilots perish. Manuel Ranoqu, the father of the two younger children, told reporters that the oldest child, Lesly Jacobombaire Mucutuy, said their mother had survived for four days after the crash. Lesly, who was used to caring for her younger siblings while her mother worked, took charge and helped the children survive.

She gave them flour and cassava bread, any fruit in the bush, they know what they must consume, said the children's grandmother, Fatima Valencia.

The entire nation of Colombia has been following the story closely since the Cessna 206 aircraft fell from the sky on May 1. Two weeks later, the military found the bodies of the three adults close to the wreckage, but by that time, the children had moved away from the crash site.

A massive search effort was carried out, as rescue workers scoured the rainforest for the children. Eventually, they came upon items that gave them hopea hair tie, a makeshift shelter, a small drinking cup, and a pair of scissors. Indigenous people also joined the search party, lending their invaluable knowledge of the terrain to the search.  At the same time, a message from their grandmother, recorded in Huitoto, urging them to stop moving around, was played at a high volume. The military also dropped packages of food and supplies...

Octopuses Can Quickly Reprogram Their RNA to Survive in Warm and Cold Water "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Octopuses Can Quickly Reprogram Their RNA to Survive in Warm and Cold Water

California Two Spot Octopus

Octopuses are fascinating creatures. They're incredibly smart and adaptable. Known to camouflage themselves when in danger and to make a break for it when held in captivity, octopuses are animals that we have a lot to learn from. And a team of researchers is proving that in a new study published in Cell.

The authors, led by Saint Francis University biologist Matthew A. Birk, were curious about the adaptability of these marine creatures. Specifically, they wanted to examine how octopuses are able to survive large temperature fluctuations. If you think about it, humans need relatively constant temperatures to thrive. Our brains are purposely designed to operate at a near-constant temperature. Swing too widely in one direction or another, and our nervous system quickly begins to break down.

Octopuses don't face this problem. Their large brains are unprotected by the skull that we have and often face temperature changes of 20 degrees. But still, they thrive. How do they manage this? It turns out that they're able to rewire their RNA to handle the changes, and they can do so fairly quickly.

If you aren't familiar with RNA, this nucleic acid looks like a genetic information, RNA is more flexible. Think of it as a genetic management system that can fluctuate if needed. This is what helps the octopuses.

Researchers discovered this by working with the California two-spot octopuses (Octopus bimaculoides)Living off the coast of California and Mexico, they experience warm summers and cool winters. The team caught two California two-spot octopuses and acclimated one to warm water and the other to cold water. Then, they examined their RNA. The results were astounding.

Our Forgotten Sacred Relationship with Food "IndyWatch Feed Health"

From Organic Consumers Association

I dont think its a controversial statement to say that we have lost our relationship with food. But what does that mean? It means that our food has become divorced from the plants, animals, and traditions that it came from. The American diet is filled with highly processed junk foods, and the average person would be justified in not knowing what ingredients were used to create the foods they eat.

Over the past several decades, Americans have begun to realize that our food is making us sick. In a quest to understand why, we discovered that our food is filled with synthetic chemicals, preservatives, highly processed ingredients, and now even ingredients derived from synthetic biology! As a part of that realization, people began to notice that there were a few common commodity foods that seem to define junk food.

As the food movement grew, people also began to find that the commodity ingredients in junk food were produced using chemical-intensive industrial agriculture. And, as if that was not enough, these same commodity ingredients are the most common GMOs, making them even more toxic, and making the need to avoid them even greater.

An Accessible Treetop Walkway Gracefully Winds Through Norways Hamaren Activity Park "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

An aerial photo of a winding pine boardwalk among a forest near a lake and steep hill

Photos by Rasmus Hjortshj, EFFEKT

With steep ascents, rocky passes, and branches jutting from the ground, walking and hiking trails are not always usable by disabled people or those with strollers. The Danish architecture firm EFFEKT designed its latest project with this barrier in mind and constructed a winding path with a gradual incline that expands access to the striking treetop views of Norways Fyresdal region.

Located at Hamaren Activity Park, the pine walkway slowly scales 15 meters through the lakeside forest before reaching a circular outlook. The construction, built in collaboration with local contractor Inge Aamlid, spans about two meters wide and one kilometer long as it guides visitors along the ascent of the lush Klokkarhamaren hill, which reaches 338 meters at its peak. As the walkway rises, the structural pillars more directly evoke the tall, sturdy trees of the forest, nodding to the surrounding environment and the regions tradition of pine logging.

Following a single intraperitoneal dose of CIS (7 mg/kg), either dimethyl sulfoxide or APO (25 mg/kg) was administered orally for 5 days. Testis samples were evaluated microscopically for general histopathology and ultrastructure, proliferating and apoptotic cells, and NOX2 localization. Sperm parameters were evaluated. Malondialdehyde (MDA) and glutathione (GSH) levels and superoxide dismutase (SOD), myeloperoxidase (MPO) and 8-hydroxy-2-deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG) activities were analysed biochemically. The CIS group had a greater number of abnormal spermatozoa, atrophic seminiferous tubules, apoptotic and NOX2-immunoreactive cells; numerous large vacuole formations in the cytoplasm of germinal epithelial cells; degenerated intercellular tight junctions; higher MDA, 8-OHdG and MPO levels; decreased numbers of spermatozoa; and lower proliferative index and GSH and SOD levels. All these histologic and biochemical results were better in the CIS+APO group. CIS causes testicular damage by decreasing spermatogenic cell lines and increasing NOX2 activity and apoptosis through oxidative stress. APO prevents testicular damage, possibly by its antioxidant effects.

The Bible and Poetry "IndyWatch Feed Literature"

Initial S: A Monk Praying in the Water, Getty Center. Public domain, via Wikimedia Commons.

We do not read the Bible as it is meant to be read. Theology always risks leading us astray by elaborating its own discourse, with the biblical texts merely as a point of departure. The presence of poetry in the Bible is the key to a more pertinent and more faithful reading.

There are many poems found in the Bible. We know this, vaguely and without giving it too much thought, but shouldnt we be rather astonished by the role of poetry in a collection of books with such a pressing and salutary Word to express? And shouldnt we ask ourselves if the presence of this writingso much more self-conscious and desirous than is prose of a form it can make vibrateaffects the biblical message and changes its nature?

It is unsurprising that the Psalms are poems, given their liturgical purpose and the abyss of individual and collective emotion that they explore. At the heart of the Bible and yet also apart from it, they lay out, we might suppose, for both the individual and the community, the lived experience of religion that other biblical books have the task of defining. We can accept the Song of Songs as a love poem, Jeremiahs Lamentations as a sequence of elegies, Job as a verse drama, and we discover without too much surprise a considerable number of poems in the historical books: the song of Moses and Miriam, for example, in Exodus 15; the canticle of Deborah and Barak in Judges 5; the lament of David for Saul and Jonathan in 2 Samuel 1. And yet when we think about the presence of all these poetic books in a work in which we expect to find doctrines, and about the turn to poetry in so many of the historical books of the Bible, it gives us reason to think again. And how should we react to Proverbs, in which wisdom itself is taught in a poetic form? Or to t...

Superpowers Boost Nuclear Warhead Arsenals "IndyWatch Feed Survival"

Global superpowers are boosting their arsenal of nuclear warheads, in advance of what could be another world war. The number of stored warheads ready for use has increased by 86 since 2022, new research has claimed.

According to a report by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) released on Monday, it is estimated that as of January 2023, Russia, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, China, India, Pakistan, North Korea, and Israel had a total of 12,512 warheads, with 9,576 stored in military stockpiles for potential use. That is an increase of 86 from one year previously.

Amid rising geopolitical tensions, nuclear war powers are actively modernizing and expanding their arsenals, reported RT. The report by SIPRI also claimed that as of January, Russia and the US which between them possess almost 90% of the worlds nuclear weapons had 1,674 and 1,770 deployed warheads respectively. Last year, Russia had approximately 1,588 warheads while the US had 1,744, according to SIPRI.

The think tank noted that the sizes of their respective nuclear arsenals seem to have remained relatively stable in 2022, although transparency regarding nuclear forces declined in both countries following the outbreak of hostilities in Ukraine.

Over the course of the year, Chinas nuclear arsenal grew from 350 warheads to 410, SIPRI estimated, adding that by the end of the decade Beijing could potentially have at least as many intercontinental ballistic missiles as either the USA or Russia. RT

The UK is not thought to have increased its arsenal in 2022, although its number of warheads is expected to grow in the years to come. Meanwhile, France has continued its nuclear development program, while India and Pakistan also appear to be expanding their nuclear arsenals, the report said. North Korea is said to be prioritizing its nuclear program and is estimated to have assembled some 30 warheads. Israel, which has not publicly admitted to possessing nuclear weapons, is also believed to be modernizing its nuclear arsenal, SIPRI added.

The think tank also pointed to the erosion of global arms control architecture amid the Ukraine conflict, noting Washingtons decision to freeze strategic stability dialogue with Russia and Moscows suspension of the 2010 New START Treaty, which places limits on US and Russian nuclear arsenals.

Russian President Vladimir Putin announced the move in February, pointing to the refusal of Western powers to permit inspections of their nuclear facilities. He confirmed, however, that Moscow would continue to abide by the deals limits on deployed warheads. ...

Why 1,200 Bone Pieces From 28 People Were Found in Benjamin Franklins Basement "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Why 1,200 Bone Pieces From 28 People Were Found in Benjamin Franklins Basement

Benjamin Franklin

Benjamin Franklin in London, 1767 by David Martin (Photo: via Wikimedia Commons, Public domain)

Founding Father Benjamin Franklin is known as a great American Patriot who signed the Declaration of Independence. But he didn't always live in the United States. He traveled widely throughout Europe and spent over a decade living in London. Interestingly, when his London home was renovated in 1998, restorers found a stunning secret hiding in the basementhuman remains.

Franklin spent 16 years living and working at his London home on 36 Craven Street before coming back to America in 1776. Over two hundred years later, as the home was being transformed into a museum, the incredible discovery was made. The basement, which was a windowless room under the garden, contained the remains of 28 human bodies. Analysis of the remains found that they were about 200 years old, which placed them in the home at the same time Franklin resided there.

They were found by a worker who discovered a thigh bone sticking out of a pit in the basement that was about 3 feet by 3 feet wide. Police continued the excavation, and 1,200 bone fragments were ultimately pulled from the pit. Of the remains found, six of them were from children. The remains of 43 different species of animals were also excavated. Many of the bones showed signs of surgical cuts, and one skull even had holes in it.

Kazuhito Kawais Exuberant Ceramic Sculptures Evoke Dollops of Ice Cream and Summertime Nostalgia "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

An abstract ceramic sculpture suggestive of ice cream with sprinkles.

Chungking Express (2023). All images Kazuhito Kawai, shared with permission

Coated in countless colored glazes, Kazuhito Kawais ceramic sculptures glop and ooze like vibrant, melting mounds of ice cream or sherbet. The vessel, one of the most essential forms in ceramics, provides a starting point for the Ibaraki, Japan-based artist. While he playfully hints at functionality, each piece seems to have a life of its own, sprouting delicate curls redolent of icing and details like drinking straws or umbrellas.

There are about three to four types of blended clay and four to five different types of glazes, each with countless color variations, Kawai tells Colossal. He emphasizes raucous colors and a smorgasbord of textures, and a piece can take between three and four months to complete.

After the weeks-long process of molding and layering, firing a sculpture in the kiln becomes a symbolic transformation that Kawai likens to a change in himself. Drawn to clay for its inherent malleability and the physical interaction required between maker and material, he shares that through these works there is a sense of my inner self being brought out. As he builds up the surfaces with layers of glaze, the pieces become akin to portraits of his emotions, mixing nostalgia, youthful joy, and hope.

Cardano Price Falls Below Key Support Levels, Will It Continue To Fall? "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Cardanos native token, ADA, has been significantly affected by the recent downturn in the cryptocurrency market, experiencing a notable decline in price. Despite a recent surge of over 6% in the last 24 hours, the bearish sentiment continues to exert its influence.

Over the past week, Cardano has encountered a loss of approximately 26% in value, resulting in the breaking of crucial support levels that have now transformed into resistance levels.

From a technical outlook, Cardano indicates a prevailing bearish trend, with both demand and accumulation levels remaining relatively low. It becomes crucial for the coin to overcome the overhead resistance in order to mitigate the growing strength of bearish forces and facilitate a potential recovery.

Presently, the coin is oversold, prompting the emergence of buyers aiming to surpass the resistance barriers. Furthermore, the decline in Bitcoins value in recent days, as it revisited the $26,000 level, has had a negative impact on various altcoins, including Cardano. Consequently, the market capitalization of Cardano has declined, indicating diminished buying strength in the market.

Cardano Price Analysis: One-Day Chart

Cardano

ADA was trading at $0.28, at the time of writing. Following its rejection at the $0.34 level, the bears have taken control of the price trajectory. Presently, ADA has revisited a multi-month low price level. This signified a bearish trend and the crucial resistance level for the altcoin is observed at $0.30.

Should ADA face rejection at this level, there is a possibility of the price descending further below its current level. In the event of further depreciation, the coin may find support initially at $0.25 and potentially even lower.

The trading volume for Cardano in the last session was relatively low, suggesting that sellers currently hold an advantage in the market.

Massive Mural Installations Look Like Portals to Another Dimension "IndyWatch Feed Arts"

Massive Mural Installations Look Like Portals to Another Dimension

Seed of LIfe Mural Installation by Erika Lize

Tucked into the corner of the Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum is a portal to another world. Los Angeles-based artist Erika Lize tailored this three-dimensional painting specifically to the site, making it look as though a fantastical image is suspended in front of the walls. The inspiration for this surreal work of art comes from Lize's interest in numbers and the interconnectedness of the world.

Titled Seed of Life, the massive installation is rendered in a limited blue color palette. It looks as though a chain of swirls is flowing in or maybe out of an opening in the wall, leaving room for many interpretations by the viewer. Either way, it gives off a distinct impression of the fantastical. I imagine gallery walls as thresholds between different realms or states of existence, between the visible and the invisible, between this physical plane we inhabit and otherworldly planes beyond our awareness, she tells My Modern Met. The use of illusion in my work is important, as it gives rise to simultaneous feelings of wonder and uncertainty in viewers.

Lize has been studying numbers and sacred geometry since 2016, prompting a series of paintings based on each number. Seed of Life, for instance, is inspired by the number six, which Lize highlights by including six overlapping circles. The uniqueness and importance of each number can be found throughout time and across cultures, spanning the principles of math and science and the beliefs of myth and religion, she says. For many of us, there is an ever-present urge for transcendence, going beyond the mundane to experience the sublime.

You can see the Seed of Life at the Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum in Mesa, Arizona, until August 6, 2023. Be sure to follow Lize on...

Peter Brandt Asserts Bitcoins Superiority, Calls Other Crypto Assets Scams "IndyWatch Feed Crypto"

Renowned trading professional Peter Brandt recently made waves in the cryptocurrency community with his firm belief that Bitcoin (BTC) is the only crypto asset worth considering, dismissing Ethereum (ETH) and other digital currencies as mere imitators or scams.

Brandt, a seasoned foreign exchange trader with a wealth of experience, boldly stated on Twitter that Bitcoin stands as the sole contender to emerge victorious in the marathon of the crypto industry. According to him, all other digital assets, including Ethereum, lack the potential for long-term success and should be regarded with caution.

The traders remark was triggered by a statement from Cheds, a prominent crypto trader, who asserted that Bitcoin remains the safest bet in the volatile crypto landscape. Cheds assertion came in the wake of a recent market collapse that caused a significant decline in the value of many altcoins.

Bitcoin Is The Only Reliable Option In Crypto

Brandts position on Bitcoin as the only reliable crypto asset has been consistent over time. He has often expressed skepticism about the potential of most altcoins, maintaining that the majority of them will eventually collapse to zero. In his view, Bitcoin is the legacy coin that will stand the test of time.

Bitcoin is the ONLY bet in crypto that will finish the marathon. All others are just wanna bees or scams, including ETH, Brandt emphasized, showing his unwavering confidence in Bitcoins long-term prospects.

Interestingly, when asked about Ethereum, Brandt drew a comparison to precious metals, likening Ethereum to silver while positioning Bitcoin as the equivalent of gold.

Silver is to ETH as Gold is to BTC. ETH will likely survive but BTC is the legacy, the trader said.

While he acknowledged Ethereums survival potential, Brandt emphasized that Bitcoin remains the leading digital currency and the standard against which others should be measured.

Bitcoin price chart from TradingView.com

Brandts stance on altcoins, including Ethereum, extends back to June 2022 when he criticized the Ethereum Merge, describing it as a piece of cr*p crypto due to the networks inefficiencies and high transaction fees. He went so far as to compare the Merge to a rebuild of the ill-fated...

Lisa Brown : NEW Earth Multi-Dimensional Light Body "IndyWatch Feed Spiritual"

lightbody

This Light body support article is to assist with an understanding, a vibrational/energetic one. The human aspect loves to play in the "high vibration/low vibration" as a "better than/not good enough" ego game. This is so completely different than that. Picture lightbody
Each's Light body is their "Vehicle" for Physical Body Ascension to occur. It energetically builds each's Merkaba with every Photonic/Cosmic/Solar Light upgrade process..... While I have other sharings for years relative to this, I also have more that I'll be accomplishing to further support/assist. NEW Earth is EXPERIENCED THROUGH Y/OUR LIGHTBODY's CONSCIOUSNESS.... A level of Consciousness that allows us to energetically "exist" beyond the old everything of before. The "reason" that we could not before, is because our physical body's vibration was "too low" (I'll continue to explain in more detail as we go).
Our ability to achieve/maintain/sustain our Highest States of Consciousness are relative to this. Because this is a continual process, we expand/contract and with every expansion/contraction, an entire DNA/Cellular Transformation/Evolutionary process occurs. This happens/occurs in increments, as the whole transformation takes years ... as it's way too much LIGHT for the body to handle the immensity, so the body is "pushed" beyond it's limits with each upgrade process in order to "handle" Embodying more Light/Consciousness with every mega-light blast that occurs..... Light exists at various different FREQUENCIES. An entire LIGHT SPECTRUM relative to different frequency bandwidths, as well as Light Quotient determine all. When we observe the different densities of each Dimensional Frequency Bandwidth, the difference is Light Quotient/Density... which then correlates to "ego" and "higher self aspects...

Caregivers of Children with Neurodevelopmental Disorders Are Less Satisfied with ER Visits "IndyWatch Feed Health"

Kids with ASD Are More than 4 Times as Likely as Neurotypical Children to End up at the Emergency Department

A retrospective review of National Research Corporation (NRC) survey questionnaires and corresponding electronic medical records (EMRs) for patients has found that caregivers of patients with neurodevelopmental disorders (NDDs) younger than 18 years old were less satisfied with emergency department (ED) care compared to caregivers of those the same age without NDDs. This finding is significant since children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) are four times more likely than neurotypical children to visit the ED. Once there, they are at increased risk for sedation and/or restraints. Due to the unpredictable nature of the ED (i.e., high sensory load, uncertain waiting times, and a series of transitions), patients with NDDs can become particularly stressed during visits. This review noted that wait times were identified as a significant determinant of patient and caregiver satisfaction. Every additional hour of wait time before provider assessment was associated with decreased odds of overall satisfaction. To make visits better for this vulnerable population and their caregivers, the authors suggest that EDs reduce visual and auditory stimuli, include caregivers as much as possible, educate their staff on NDDs, and improve communication with the patient and caregiver.

Call for Unified Federal Action to Address Inadequate PFAS Policies "IndyWatch Feed Health"

PFAS Regulation Falls Under the Authority of Several Different Federal Agencies

The New England Journal of Medicine recently received a letter from Joseph Braun, Ph.D., R.N., M.S.P.H., who calls for sweeping changes to how the federal government regulates perfluoroalkyl and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS). PFAS are a group of manmade chemicals used in a number of consumer and industrial products. Theyre often called forever chemicals since most of these chemicals do not break down in the environment. Previous research has linked PFAS exposure and autistic traits in children. In his letter, Braun applauded the Environmental Protection Agencys (EPA) March 2023 Proposed PFAS National Primary Drinking Water Regulation that would limit concentrations of six PFAS in public drinking water supplies. However, he points out that this proposal will be challenging due to the nature of environmental-toxicant regulation within the United States. Unlike pharmaceuticals that are overseen by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), PFAS regulation falls under the authority of various federal agencies. For example, the EPA regulates public drinking water, the FDA regulates bottled water, and no government agency regulates PFAS levels in private wells. He then mentions that diet is the primary source of PFAS exposure and that the regulation of PFAS in food falls under the authority of both the FDA and the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA). Braun also calls attention to the fact that thousands of PFAS are used in various industries. However, the EPAs plan to address PFAS pollution includes EPA-proposed reference doses and maximum contaminant levels for only six of these substances.
